My name is Donna L. Valdez and I am the principal at Sierra Vista Elementary. I have had the privilege of working for Las Vegas City Schools for over 23 years. During this time, I served as an Elementary teacher, a Student Engagement Advisor, and an Administrator having experience at both the high school and elementary levels. My ultimate goal is to ensure that your child has a safe, successful and enjoyable educational experience. I have an open-door policy and encourage all parents and guardians to feel comfortable sharing their concerns, suggestions and positive feedback. Your input is always welcome and valued as we work together to create the best possible experience for you and your child. At SVE we have excellent teachers and staff and are fortunate that you have chosen Las Vegas City Schools to be a part of your child’s educational journey.
