Los Niños and Sierra Vista Important Information: Updated Morning Drop-off & Afternoon Pickup Procedures
UPDATE - SHELTER-IN-PLACE LIFTED: The shelter-in-place at Los Niños Elementary and Sierra Vista Elementary has been lifted. The area has been cleared, and all school activities have returned to normal operations. Thank you to our families for your support and patience today!
Attention Parents and Guardians,
Out of an abundance of caution, Los Niños Elementary and Sierra Vista Elementary have been placed on a temporary Shelter-in-Place due to a report of wildlife in the immediate vicinity.
What you need to know:
Student & Staff Safety: All students and staff are safe, indoors, and secure inside the building.
School Operations: Learning activities are continuing normally indoors; exterior doors remain locked.
Parent Action: Please do not come to the campus at this time, as visitors will not be permitted entry during a shelter-in-place, and keeping campus roadways clear is essential for safety.
We will issue another update as soon as the area is cleared and the shelter-in-place is lifted.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.
